The Human Close teaches advanced sales skills, methods, and behaviors. This high level sales course builds sales people into sales leaders. It was developed by, and is instructed by, Fred Hanover. Fred started his first company at age 15, and has and built companies most of his career. In those companies, and in the companies that he worked for, his focus has always been on driving sales. Fred has personally sold deals amounting to hundreds-of-millions of dollars, in high margin sales, to new customers.
Fred has also managed sales people to a high level of success. As a Regional Sales Manager for a billion-dollar company, he was responsible for 120 sales people, in 18 branches, across 7 states. Fred built his region to number 1 out of 7 regions, in annual sales.
Remarkably, he did this taking over a region that was ranked 5th out of 7 regions, in August of that year. By the end of the year, his region was not only number 1, it was so by a large margin, nearly doubling the next regions annual sales volume.
The Human Close is broken into 15 lessons. Each lesson covers in detail, the most important aspects of each of the phases in the selling process. Most significantly, this course teaches the value and power of building trust in selling. Sales are made only once trust is established.
