He has built and grown companies by establishing and enhancing customer relationships, while developing new business methods and processes for today’s changing business climate. Driving engagement and advancing strategic development with all disciplines, Fred provides successful growth leadership to established and ripening businesses.

Fred started his first company at age 15, knocking on doors, sealing driveways, and has started and built companies throughout his business career.

Fred has also been employed by large corporations, including a 600-million-dollar corporation, a billion-dollar corporation, and a Fortune 25 corporation. His involvement over his career has been at the highest levels of sales, marketing, and operations management.

Fred has created a multi-billion-dollar, multi-national product line. He built, then divided and sold the same corporation to three different markets. He has also closed several multiple million-dollar deals, including a nine figure deal.
